What's the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every eligible order, with no minimum purchase required. Paid express shipping may be available at checkout.
When will I receive my products?
Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days. Standard delivery normally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 3–9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
What's your refund policy?
In case you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment we will automatically ship out a new product for you or issue a full refund. Refer to our refund policy in the footer of the page. If you cancel a non-subscription order before the order is confirmed to ship, you will be issued a full refund.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to our shipping and refund policy in the footer.
How do you ensure product quality?
Our products are produced under strict quality control standards and manufacturing best practices, ensuring you receive a quality product every time.
Can I track my order?
Once you make a purchase and your order is confirmed, we will send you an order tracking link.
Where does ELAMARA deliver?
We currently deliver only to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, U.S. military bases or addresses, or international destinations.

What does the subscription give me?
If you subscribe to get the products monthly, you will receive them in a timely manner and never run out of product. And you will get a much better price.
How can I manage my subscription?
The subscription management information will also be emailed to you upon first purchase.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time other than within a one-day period before your subscription renewal. If cancellation is not completed prior to this one-day period, your designated payment method will be charged for the next billing cycle. Subscriptions remain active until the customer cancels before the next renewal cycle.
